Welcome to YouGoRemote (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement governs your use of the Website, including any services provided through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

  • Employees: You may create an account to upload resumes and apply for jobs. You may also submit resumes and apply to job posts without registering an account.
  • Employers: By creating an employer account, you agree to provide accurate information, including your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, and your role within the company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Provided

  • Job Seekers: You can upload your resume and apply for jobs with or without registering on the Website.
  • Employers: You can search resumes, post job listings, and contact job seekers. All services, including the accuracy of statistics provided, are delivered to the best of our knowledge.

5. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

Employers can choose from various subscription plans, including monthly, annual, or per job post. All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • If the Website experiences downtime for any reason.
  • If your job posts or provided statistics do not yield the desired results.
  • If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

6. No Refund Policy for Downtime and Termination

  • No Refund for Downtime: The Website strives to maintain continuous service. However, if the Website is unavailable for any period, employers agree that no refunds or credits will be provided for downtime, regardless of the duration.
  • No Refund for Termination: If an employer's account is terminated due to a violation of this Agreement, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining subscription period or unused job postings.

7. Data Submission and Use

By submitting any information, content, or data to the Website, you grant YouGoRemote a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, process, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, and otherwise handle the data for any purpose at YouGoRemote's sole discretion, in compliance with applicable laws.

You acknowledge that any data or information you submit may be used by YouGoRemote in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you agree that YouGoRemote shall have no liability for any use, loss, or disclosure of such data. YouGoRemote is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data submitted to the Website.

While YouGoRemote will take reasonable steps to protect your data, you agree that YouGoRemote shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your data, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the data you submit.

  • No Refund for Downtime: As with other services, no refunds or credits will be provided if the Website experiences downtime while your ad is displayed.

10. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
